From your first deposit you become one of our Very Important Players! The VIP levels you progress through unlock exclusive purchases. What you can buy and how many Chips you need to exchange depends on your VIP level. The higher your VIP status, the more products you have access to - and the less they will cost.

Five VIP classes

• Up to £24.99 = New Star Level
• £25 to £149.99 = Rising Star Level
• £150 to £1499.99 = 3 Star Level
• £1500 & above = 4 Star Level
• Invite Only = 5 Star Level

1. Slot Crazy classifies VIP players according to the cumulative deposits made by the player since joining. The classifications are as follows:
   • Up to £24.99 = NEW STAR Level
   • £25 to £149.99 = RISING STAR Level
   • £150 to £1,499.99 = 3 STAR Level
   • £1,500 and above = 4 STAR Level
   • Invite only = 5 STAR Level
2. Slot Crazy reserves the right to amend or remove any aspect of the VIP Club and its benefits without notice or compensation.
3. Only funded players earn Chips.
4. The VIP Club links accounts across several of our brands, or so-called ‘sister sites’. These brands are: Costa Games, Slot Crazy. Linking of accounts is based on email address and username. If you have different usernames and email addresses across the different sites, your accounts will not be linked automatically.
5. Player earn 1 (one) Chip for every Pound real cash wagered in any of the linked slot brands. Any wagering made with bonus funds does not earn Chips.
6. Your Chip balance is displayed in the VIP Club. The balance updates overnight. No fractions are displayed, but all wager is recorded and used to calculate your total Chip balance.
7. You can request the linking of accounts but any such action is at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company’s decision in such regards is final.
8. The Company accepts no responsibility in case accounts have been linked incorrectly.
9. You are only allowed one active playing account per brand. If you have multiple accounts on one brand, you are in breach of these Terms & Conditions and all your accounts may be closed and any remaining balances confiscated.
10. If you have not earned any Chips for 60 days or more, your Chip balance will become null and void and any Chips you have in your account will be removed.
11. The Company accepts no responsibility for system mal-functions that prohibit the allocation or calculation of Chips earned.
12. The Company may stop/change the VIP Programme at any time without any prior notice.
13. The Company maintains the right to disqualify or exclude any player from being a VIP player at its sole discretion.
